Sure I roll out on a road bike and pavement on occasion. Its nice to switch it up from time to time, and it can definitely feel low maintenance compared to trail riding at times too. If your looking for something to do this Sunday the Mingo Creek Road Race Series has its first race of the 2009 [...]

Sometimes it really doesnt take much to lose your mojo or be quickly humbled by a simple mistake on trail. Yesterday was one of those days for me. I was climbing up some single track at Kennerdell. The mountain climbed up to my right side and dropped down on my left. No cliffs or anything too crazy, but its good [...]

May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life’s passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

Its baaaaack! Do you agree with it!? Seems there is a ton of controversy with this event and I can understand why. Is it not completely maddening to try and change your schedule so suddenly like that!? Goodness, gracious! It hurts me.

As the BELLAs arrived on Saturday morning we quickly noticed we brought some of the trails with us. heehee (so easily amused)! We swapped out the caged pedals for some SPDs hoping we’d feel more at home on the spin bikes. I’m sure it helped our riding, but the pedals definitely hindered our transitions.
