I am no saint when it comes to my own personal experiences and bad reactions with a not-so-nice motorized vehicle. I have started to try and roll with throwing a “peace sign” if an encounter with someone warrants a moment of eye contact and/or opportunity to communicate before we part ways, but I havent had much road time to confirm or deny my success rate at this idea either. I recently found this on the I love Cycling facebook page and really do agree with its message. Thought it was worth sharing, so the next time we might encounter this situation we can hopefully be the better person and possibly draw attention to the fact we are an actual person (with feelings, dang it!) and not just an object in someone’s way.
